We process bank statement PDFs solely to extract transaction data. Uploaded PDFs are kept in private storage and are not publicly accessible.
PDF files are deleted within 1 hour of processing completion, or 24 hours maximum. Extracted transaction data is retained only as long as your account is active.
We operate in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Private storage and application access controls limit access to uploaded statements.
