PDF files are deleted within 1 hour of processing completion, or 24 hours maximum. Extracted transaction data is retained only as long as your account is active.
We operate in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use bank-grade security practices to protect your information.
