About SEA Bank OCR

SEA Bank OCR does one job: it turns bank statement PDFs from Malaysian and Singaporean banks into clean, structured spreadsheet data. Upload a statement, review the extracted rows against the original, and export to Excel, CSV, or JSON.

We built it because retyping statements is the least valuable hour in any accountant’s, bookkeeper’s, or business owner’s month — and because generic OCR tools stumble on local formats. The extraction is tuned for the statement layouts used by Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, DBS, OCBC, UOB, and other regional banks, including mixed-language descriptions and local date and number formats.

We are a small, independent team based in Malaysia. We don’t claim enterprise certifications we don’t hold or user numbers we can’t show. What we do commit to: your PDFs are kept in private storage and automatically deleted after processing, the output is always yours to review before you export it, and you can start free — no credit card — to judge the quality on your own statements. The details are on our Security and Privacy pages.

One clarification, since the names are similar: SEA Bank OCR — SEA stands for Southeast Asia — is an independent bank-statement conversion service. It is not affiliated with SeaBank, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the banks whose statement formats it supports.
