Get your CIMB PDF statement in 5 steps — then turn it into Excel or CSV without retyping a single row.
SEA Bank OCR converts CIMB bank statements from CIMB Clicks into spreadsheet rows. It reads DR and CR markers, keeps CIMB references, and exports a file your accountant can reconcile in Excel or import as CSV.

Step
Use the PDF from your online banking portal for the cleanest extraction.
Open CIMB Clicks in your browser and sign in.
Choose the account, then select eStatement or Statement.
Pick the period you want to convert.
Save the CIMB Clicks e-statement to your device.
Upload the PDF to SEA Bank OCR, review the rows, and download Excel or CSV.
How it works
Drag in your CIMB statement, or click to browse.
SEA Bank OCR reads the CIMB layout and returns structured transaction rows.
Download CSV, Excel, or JSON, ready for your accounting tool.
CIMB Clicks eStatements use a header block with account number and statement period, followed by a transaction table with a single Amount column and DR or CR markers. Multi-page statements repeat the header on each page, which we remove from the export.
Where to get the PDF: CIMB Clicks (eStatements, downloadable as PDF). Download the statement, then upload it here. No configuration needed.

Why CIMB statements are tricky: CIMB packs debit and credit into one Amount column. We split DR and CR rows into separate Debit and Credit columns, then keep the Reference column for tracing.
Upload the CIMB Clicks PDF to SEA Bank OCR, check the extracted transactions, and download Excel or CSV.

Yes. DR rows become debits, CR rows become credits, and the original amount marker stays available for review.
CIMB Clicks e-statements in PDF format work best. Scanned statements are supported if the text is readable.
Digital PDFs from CIMB Clicks give the most accurate rows. Scans work when the page is straight and the text is sharp.
