Step
Use the PDF from your online banking portal for the cleanest extraction.
Open More, locate Documents - Statements & Letters, then choose View documents.
From View accounts, open Documents and then View documents.
Filter the documents by date and select the relevant eStatement. Save the PDF using the document viewer's available download controls.
Check the account, currency and period. A letter or payment notice may not contain the transaction table needed for reconciliation.
For a business account, check your Singapore bank portal for a native CSV or Excel transaction export. Use that export when it has the required period and fields; use PDF conversion when the statement is the source you have.

How it works
Drag in your OCBC Singapore statement, or click to browse.
OCBC's documents area includes letters as well as statements. Use the account eStatement, check withdrawals and deposits separately, and compare any opening and closing balances with the PDF. Review multi-line payment descriptions so a continuation line is not treated as a separate transaction.
Export Excel or CSV after review. Match the date format, currency and debit/credit signs to your import template.
OCBC Singapore account eStatements can include dates, descriptions, withdrawals, deposits and balances. These fields are illustrative; account type and currency can change the layout. A letter from the same documents area may not contain a transaction table.
Where to get the PDF: OCBC Singapore app or Internet Banking, Documents - Statements & Letters. Check the account and period before uploading.
Illustrative structure only, not customer data or a verified layout for every account. Columns and currency vary by account; compare transaction totals and balances with your PDF.

Why OCBC Singapore statements are tricky: Confirm that the selected document is an account statement. Check multi-line descriptions, debit and credit direction, and statement totals before importing. Compare the actual currency with the PDF header.
Find the eStatement in the OCBC app or Internet Banking, save its PDF and upload it. Review each extracted transaction against the PDF, then export Excel or CSV.
This guidance is for Singapore accounts and the Singapore documents area. Select the correct country and account currency; a Malaysian statement can have different portal instructions and fields.
Select an account eStatement covering your desired period. Letters and payment notices may not provide the complete transaction list or balances.
No. The account currency and statement type can differ. The SGD table on this page is an illustrative example; check the currency and column labels shown in your PDF.
After checking the PDF totals, match the exported date format, debit and credit signs, and currency with your accounting software's import template. Avoid importing overlapping periods twice.
